14 Days refund window

You have 14 days to ask for a refund. Starting from the day of purchase and transaction. After 14 days you cannot ask for a refund. However, this rule is exceptional in certain cases. For example – if the work you received did not brought you any results or any satisfaction, then you are eligible to ask for refund regardless of the time period.

Refund Policy is applicable in the following situations

Unsatisfying work received

If you received work that you are not satisfied with and did not bring you any benefits, then you can ask for a refund. But you are not allowed to submit a refund form without asking the seller to revise or fix your work. Any dispute must be first communicated with the seller. If a satisfying verdict is not met even after the discussion, then please use the refund form below.

Refund method

We only have two refund methods, sending money back to your wallet balance or crediting your PayPal. You can choose your preferred method in the form below.

Refund Policy is not applicable to the following

  • Ebooks
  • Courses
  • Template bundles

Due to the nature of these items, refund is not possible. There is a chance that users can exploit us if we allow refunds on these easily downloadable and duplicatable items.

Thus, to protect ourselves and our sellers we cannot provide refunds on the products stated above.
